When I first visited Jo I had a specific injury from running that I needed help with. The treatments are very gentle and have not only helped with that injury but have allowed my body to release tension that previous massages only eased on a temporary basis. The benefits are really significant especially in terms of flexibility and range of movement. I would encourage anyone to try Bowen and can thoroughly recommend Jo as a practitioner.
